To successfully compete in the current stiff job competition, it is of absolute necessity to get polished and groomed in the correct way in order to have an edge over others. Without proper grooming, it is like pushing against the wall for them as they start facing interviews. Repeated failures may lead to frustration and eventually the good and deserving students might land up picking up low caliber jobs and remain thirsty for the perfect opportunity throughout their life.

We, therefore, strongly recommend the following training programs for the students before appearing for job interviews:

PRE-RECRUITMENT SELECTION PROGRAMME

AIM: To carry out the pre-recruitment selection program in various institutes so as to make and get the students set for the campus interviews for the various companies to be carried out at the end of their course curriculum.

TARGET INSTITUTES: This program (P.R.S.P.) can be carried out at any institutes: Engineering Colleges
Diploma Colleges
Management Colleges
Colleges having professional graduation courses like B.Tech, MCA, MBA, B.B.A., B.C.A., and e.t.c.
